Xavier Webb was born and raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Montgomery High School in 2008 where he was a three-sport varsity athlete in football, basketball and track. He was a stand out quarterback in Montgomery County and went on to play defensive back for Rice University under Head Coach David Bailiff. Xavier graduated from Rice in 2012 with an undergraduate degree in sport management and later moved to the Dallas area where he spent some time interning for the Dallas Cowboys and then working for the City of Irving’s Parks and Recreation department overseeing the sports programs as well as other facility programs at Lee Park Recreation Center. Xavier was an integral member in the creation of Phoenix TNE Foundation and is currently spending his time working to build the organization through outreach and administrative duties while also pursuing a second and third undergraduate degree in Sociology and Economics to better equip himself for a life of community service. Xavier’s passion for sports and his desire to transfer the knowledge he’s acquired throughout his life to following generations is what drives him.
