As our season progresses, the work that all our athletes are putting in during practice is showing on the floor. Eight of our ten teams travelled to Atascocita to compete in D1 Elite’s Prom Night Classic Tournament. Our 3/4 grade girls placed for the first time this season, beating the Houston Flight Elite blue team for a second place victory. Our Revolution 8th grade purple select team placed second, in what turned out to be a Revolution Show Down between them and our 8th grade Revolution orange elite team, who won first place in the 8th grade girls division. Tiarra Howard, who plays center on the 8th grade orange elite team, was awarded Queen of the court by her coaches, Eric Powell, Chanistie Smith-Wiley, Derrick Riley, and by her teammates. Great work this past weekend, let’s keep fighting on the court, keep building unity in our community, and striving for a better tomorrow. Go Revolution
